Booking Terms & Conditions. We operate a maximum of a 2-hour seating policy, however if your booking is for 7.30pm or later, the table will be yours for the evening and the 2-hour policy does not apply. The 2-hour policy will start from your agreed reservation time and this 2-hour policy will run from the agreed time and not from the last entry of your party guests. Parties of 4+ or more are subjected to a discretionary 10% service charge. Where card details are collected, no charge will be made unless you fail to arrive for your reservation. If your booking is a no-show or cancels with less that 24 hours notice, we reserve the right to make a £10 per person charge to the card given. Where a deposit is required to secure your table, this will be redeemed from your bill on the day of your reservation. Deposits are non-refundable from 48 hours in advance of your booking. We are unable to accept specific seating requests.
